Pack Your Items
Place the items back into their original Cottonil packaging, ensuring the invoice is included to help our team identify your order quickly.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
